Extended Protection Plans are available for several Heavy-Duty New Transmissions (9, 10, 13 and 18-speed manual, AutoShift and UltraShift models) and Heavy-Duty Reman Transmission (all models).

Extended Protection Plans are available for the Easy Pedal and Solo® Advantage Series and DM clutch.

  1. Timing to purchase EPPs is during the first year date in service (DIS). All pricing is in USD and applies for Extended Protection Plans sold in the first year in service.

  3. Pricing applies to protection plans sold in the first year of purchase. An additional premium is required for protection plans sold within the 2nd and 3rd year of purchase. Plans must be purchased before the end of the standard warranty period. Premium pricing: 2nd year $100 USD; 3rd year $300 USD.

The Roadranger Aftermarket Extended Protection Plans may be purchased anytime during the standard warranty period. After one or two years in service, additional fees are required, depending on the product.

Yes, the use of Eaton lubricants or fluid meeting the Eaton transmission specification PS-386 is required to be covered by all Roadranger Extended Protection Plans.

A repair can be made by an authorized OEM dealer with the claim processed directly to Eaton.

100% parts and labor for all warrantable failures whether the unit is sold over the counter to a customer or installed by an authorized OEM dealer. To be reimbursed for labor, warranty repair must be performed at an authorized OEM dealer.
