Undergrounding products

  • VFI Vacuum Fault Interrupter switchgear

    Vacuum fault interrupter (VFI) switchgear provides an environmentally preferred, safer and more reliable approach to medium-voltage switching and protection.

  • Pad-mounted transformers

    Eaton provides a complete line of Cooper Power series single-phase overhead and pad-mounted distribution transformers, ranging from 5 to 167 kVA.

  • Elbow arresters

    Eaton provides shielded deadfront arrester protection used in pad-mounted transformer and entry cabinets, switching enclosures and other installations. 

  • ISG-SD pad-mounted switchgear

    Solid-dielectric-in-air padmount switches and fault interrupters provide a compact, safer and reliable medium-voltage switch that contains no oil or SF6 gas.

  • Pad-mounted voltage regulators

    Pad-mounted voltage regulators provide improved safety, reliability and power quality in existing and new underground systems. 

  • Variable junctions

    Eaton provides junction bars that are designed for vault or apparatus applications and can be used for looping, tapping and sectionalizing.
