• HLL LED catalog numbers installed in your facility (list one distinct catalog number per field)
• Total number of that catalog number
• Total number of fixtures inspected
• The number of those fixtures with a cracked lens
• The total number of cracked lenses across all fixtures
Ex. HLL-2-2LD-1/6-255, 25 fixtures, 25 inspected, 2 fixtures damaged, 4 cracked lenses
