Efficient, reliable filtration for edible oil production


Eaton’s food‑grade filtration solutions are designed to deliver safe, economical and user‑friendly performance across the demanding conditions of edible oil processing. CLEARGAF polyester needle‑felt filter bags (1–25 μm), paired with 10‑bar MAXILINE VMBF multi‑bag filter housings featuring the QIC‑LOCK mechanism, provide an ideal setup for crude oil, polishing and final filtration.

This combination effectively removes solids and impurities in the initial crude oil stage and supports consistent product quality throughout subsequent refining steps. Polishing filtration eliminates remaining contaminants before storage, while final filtration during truck loading ensures that refined edible oil reaches customers clean, stable and free from residual particulates.
