STEP 1:
To return equipment for warranty and non-warranty repair, please begin by fully completing the RMA form below.
Once you have submitted the form you will be directed to a confirmation page. After your submission is processed you will receive an email.
An RMA number email will be issued as quickly as possible. An RMA number must be issued before we can receive your product and perform any services. Sent devices for a repair without a RMA number will be declined at our site.
STEP 2:
Shipping your product after receiving your RMA:
Ship your return to the following address, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly visible on the package label and delivery note.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will inspect them and provide a cost estimate as soon as possible.
Please note that we charge an investigation fee of €150 that will also be charged if your claim is to be found unjustified.
