SOUTHFIELD, Mich.— Intelligent power management company Eaton today announced two new aftermarket differentials are now available for popular diesel trucks and Jeep models during the upcoming Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah. The new products — an Eaton ELocker and a Detroit Truetrac differential — expand Eaton’s portfolio of performance upgrades designed for off-road enthusiasts and heavy-duty truck owners.

The new Detroit Truetrac is a 31-spline limited-slip differential designed for the General Motors 11.5-inch rear axle found in 2020 and newer Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD diesel trucks. This Truetrac differential serves as an upgrade for GM diesel truck owners who rely on their trucks for heavy work or towing.

The new Eaton ELocker is a 35-spline electronic locking differential engineered for 2018 and older Jeep Wrangler models equipped with Dana 44 axles, including the JK, TJ, LJ and CJ platforms. This ELocker provides Jeep owners with a significant upgrade in axle strength and durability for demanding off-road conditions.

Eaton’s aftermarket team continues to listen to feedback from our customers and build on our momentum of adding new performance upgrades for popular vehicles in North America.

To further strengthen its differential portfolio, Eaton announced it will unveil its next‑generation Dana 60 ELocker at the SEMA Show, Nov. 3-6, giving off‑road fans an early look at a stronger, ramp‑style differential built for extreme torque and rugged terrain.

Expanding coverage for popular trucks and Jeeps

The latest additions reflect Eaton’s continued investment in expanding vehicle coverage for the aftermarket performance segment. Over the past several years, Eaton has introduced 25 new differential models designed for some of the most popular trucks, SUVs and off-road vehicles in North America.

The new differentials will be showcased during the Easter Jeep Safari in Moab and are available through Eaton’s U.S. distribution network.
