Eaton Launches “Always On” Campaign Highlighting its Expertise in Residential Power Distribution and Wiring Devices

PITTSBURGH … Power management company Eaton, an EPA 2016 ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year, today launched the “Always On” campaign highlighting Eaton’s industry-leading technology that enables reliable, safe, efficient and durable electrical products for new residential construction, and the renovation and repair of existing homes. Through a distributor-level giveaway program, Eaton is reinforcing that the company is “Always On” when it comes to the company’s broad portfolio of residential electrical products.

“From the service entrance to the wall plate, Eaton’s residential products deliver safe, innovative technology that reliably connects, protects and manages electrical loads,” said Rachael Elliott, director, Marketing, Eaton. “This program reinforces Eaton’s commitment to the industry as a trusted collaborator for contractors, distributors and homeowners across the country.”

The campaign, which includes ongoing promotions throughout 2016, launched today with an Amazon Echo giveaway. Distributors and contractors are eligible to win. Contractors can enter by purchasing before December 31, 2016 Eaton loadcenters and/or circuit breakers from an authorized distributor. Distributors are eligible when they enter on behalf of the contractor according to the contest guidelines. Eaton will award a total of six prizes to randomly selected contractors and distributors.

Eaton’s arc fault circuit interrupters (AFCI) and arc fault/ground fault (AF/GF) circuit breakers provide advanced electronics to reduce nuisance tripping as well as a standard diagnostic LED signals to make it easier to determine why a breaker has tripped. Eaton’s loadcenters are equipped with a silver flashed copper bus to provide superior conductivity, corrosion resistance and durability.

Eaton’s wiring devices products, including universal serial bus (USB), AFCI and AF/GF receptacles, as well as the company’s lighting control devices, will also be featured in the “Always On” campaign. These code compliant and efficient products are designed for safety.
