David Sylvan has a portfolio of responsibilities as President of UH Ventures that include core operations, industry partnerships, technology transfer, commercialization, business development and strategic initiatives. He collaborates with UH leaders to accelerate system growth through new business endeavors and expansion of existing programs. His work includes identification and evaluation of new opportunities through acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other arrangements.

Allan Ames, president, BR+A Consulting Engineers

As president of BR&A Consulting Engineers, Allan Ames works closely with healthcare providers, academic institutions, research organizations and pharmaceutical companies in the engineering, design and construction of a broad range of infrastructure projects. Allan has more than 35 years of experience in the field of HVAC and mechanical engineering and has served as president of the Boston Chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning as well as multiple additional industry organizations.

Michael Regelski, senior vice president, R&D - Intelligent Power Management Solutions and chief technology officer, Electrical Sector, Eaton

Michael Regelski is responsible for the delivery of Eaton’s innovative digital solutions and the company’s centralized software research and development. He works with engineering and business leaders to develop and implement the Electrical Sector technology strategy while providing overall direction and guidance for all engineering, program management and technology enhancement initiatives within the business.

Justin Carron, segment leader, healthcare and life sciences, Eaton

Justin Carron currently serves as the strategic leader for all of Eaton’s activity in the Healthcare industry. In his role, he develops strategic business relationships across the complete spectrum of care including healthcare administrators, facility directors, chief engineers and clinicians while leading Eaton’s presence at the American Society of Healthcare Engineers to educate the industry on Eaton’s most innovative offerings including micro-grids, IoT enabled digital healthcare, and personal protective equipment.
