Possible career paths

There are various industries, departments and roles within Eaton that require Engineering based knowledge and skill sets. There are four examples listed below: 

New Product Introduction (NPI) engineer

A New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer uses their engineering knowledge to collaborate with manufacturing and other engineering disciplines to transfer a new product from design to full scale manufacture.

Systems engineer

Systems Engineers use engineering and computer science knowledge to collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines ensure that all parts of a system work perfectly together properly.

Operations director 

An Operations Director leads and manages operational resources and strategic plans to achive operational targets. They work with other department heads to ensure the business runs smoothly in the contexts of production, manufacturing or the provision of services.

Maintenance apprentice

Maintenance Apprentices undertake tasks within a production facility (for example machine maintenance) under the guidance of experienced professionals whilst also gaining educational experience.
