What did you want to be when you were a child growing up?
Paleontologist.
What education / degree did you study?
Mechanical Engineering.
What on-the-job technical specialist training have you had at Eaton?
Knowledge, experience and good practices shared during my visits to our Bielsko Biala and Tczew plants in Poland.
Did you always see yourself in your current career?
Growing up my passion was in sports cars, especially all the technology and related components within these vehicles.
With Eaton I have designed, developed and validated advance systems for car engines and now I am going beyond this to manage teams who produce those components.
What are your current responsibilities?
Manager of Mfg Engineering, Maintenance and Facilities. A combined team of more than 40 engineers and technicians. Management and supervision of all the CAPEX projects, maintenance budget, technical and process initiatives, facilities running etc.
What does the future look like for you?
My future lies within the evolution of technology, specifically IoT.
What other roles have you had in Eaton?
Advances VT Senior Engineer where I was coordinating a team of 3 engineers and managing a project for an advanced valve train design and development.

Make work exciting, engaging and meaningful for our employees. It's much easier and exciting for the team to work towards the common goal if they understand that they are doing something useful in a bigger picture.

Becoming stronger and wiser by getting through and mastering the difficulties of different projects.
