Pilot.
What education / degree did you study?
B. Eng Industrial Engineering and an MBA.
Did you always see yourself in your current career?
No, I actually just discovered that a role like product manager exists while moving through the study and work program with Eaton.
What are your current responsibilities?
Product Management for the ICPD EV portfolio, the respective technology, product lifecycle management and strategic planning for the segment.
What does the future look like for you?
It will become even more multidisciplinary, more digital, and faster in terms of product lifecycles.
Which Eaton Leadership Attribute is most important to you and why?
Accountable, especially important in the sort of start-up environment of electric vehicle products. Everyone has to take ownership and stretch out to get things moved in the right direction, rather than just completing pre-defined work packages and "siloing".

Make work exciting, engaging and meaningful for our employees - I draw a lot of energy out of a meaningful task towards improving everyone's life with my work.
Which of the STE[a]M subjects do you most relate to and why?
Engineering, getting products defined & designed, as well as Technology as this will define next next generation of products. Finally, Mathematics as this is a useful tool through some simulation softwares we're using.
Who/what inspires you the most?
Passionate people, if they also manage to convince me logically.
Engineering is such a vast field and it may be that in your studies the product side interested you more than the production side, this field enables you to look at the product in more detail, work in designing of the product and you can also progress to managing the team.
