What did you want to be when you were a child growing up? 
Formula One race engineer.

What education / degree did you study?
Currently, I am studying automotive engineering.

What on-the-job technical specialist training have you had at Eaton?  
Mainly just learning the transmission's architecture but there is some new software [FAMOS and EDI] that are quite specific to Eaton that I have had to learn in order to be able to process data efficiently.

Did you always see yourself in your current career?
It might sound boring, but yes. I have had my sights set on this path for a long time.

What are your current responsibilities?
Process and analyse data coming from other sites where testing of transmission systems is taking place. I'm expected to make outputs and present them to managers and explain the results.

What does the future look like for you?
Much the same as it does now, but electrification of vehicles will bring new challenges.

The rule benders of motorsport, exploiting any gap in the regulations to gain an advantage..
