What did you want to be when you were a child growing up? 
An astronaut.

What education / degree did you study?
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.

What on-the-job technical specialist training have you had at Eaton?
I have had training fom an internal auditor for quality management systems according to ISO9001.

Did you always see yourself in your current career?
Yes. Before finishing school I already signed a contract with Eaton as a cooperative student. Now working in product development after finishing my degree is everything what I wanted to achive till now.

What are your current responsibilities?
Mechanical design of customer application from sketch to manufacturing. Additional temporary support of a different product line (PSP - Fuses for EV automotiv) in mechanical design and product specification.

What does the future of your profession look like?
In the future I will concentrate a lot on IOT and new emerging trends to ensure that we satisfy our customer needs with innovative applications and products.

What other roles have you had in Eaton?
Cooperative student Mechanical Engineering.

"Passionate" is most important to me because if we are really engaged in something we enjoy then nothing is impossible.

"Make work exciting, engaging and meaningful for our employees" is most important for me because this is fundamental for a climate of wellbeing and a reason as to why we are a global company.

Which of the STE[a]M subjects do you most relate to and why?
I relate the most to Engineering and Technology because my education, job and interests are all focused on product design and identification and realisation of new tech trends.

Who/what inspires you the most?
The people that surround me. I'm inspired by the diversity and that everyone is an important part of the puzzle.
