A lawyer.
What education / degree did you study?
I'm still studying Mechanical Engineering with emphasis in Mechatronics.
What on-the-job technical specialist training have you had at Eaton?
I had training on most of the PD products and also career related trainings (negotiation, excel, etc...).
Did you always see yourself in your current career?
No, life is full of detours. But since high school I saw myself as a "Numbers person".
What are your current responsibilities?
Creating data for pipelines for future work of the PD service division.
What does the future look like for you?
Promising.

I think Ethical is the most important leadership attribute because it is an attribute that directly relates with honesty, charisma, trust, and fairness, which I feel is very important for a leader.

Which of the STE[a]M subjects do you most relate to and why?
I most relate to Engineering, Technology and Science, in this order. Because I think this is where my personality most suits.
Who/what inspires you the most?
The idea of creating new things. As for poeple, I'm a great fan of Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, Warren Buffett and Jorge Paulo Lemann.
