A lawyer.

Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, currently doing Master of Science in Supply Chain Management & Logistics.

Demantra & SIOP training.
Did you always see yourself in your current career?
No, after school I just knew I wanted to do a dual study programm in the business environment. At the beginning I thought I would like to become an HR specialist but happy I became the opportunity to work in Supply Chain Management and I really love it.
What are your current responsibilities?
Run, develop and improve the 5 Step Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process for ICPD including Product Review, Demand & Supply Planning, Financial Reconciliation and Divisional Exec Review. Preparing divisional FC with statistical tool (Demantra) + Market intelligence from the countries. Check stock levels, materials handling in the DCs, prepare supplier forecasts and prepare new financial FC input to the division.
What does the future look like for you?
Finishing my masters in SCM & Logistics in 1 year, becoming a manager of people, interested in various topics so want to keep opportunities open. Interested in SIOP, Supply Chain Management, Business Development, Project Management and Continous Improvment topics.

Transparent: In this huge organization with various functions communication and transparent information sharing is key and there is a room for improvment. In my opinion a lack of communication in most cases is a key driver for problems/issues.
Which Eaton Aspirational Goal is most important to you?
Be the preferred supplier to our customers and channel partners: In my role I try to make sure we have the right products, in the right quantity, in the right time, in the right place for our customers available and drive growth with a good logistics / SCM performance. But this is within Eaton one of the areas where we need to improve most and therefore this goal is also the most challenging one but also the most important as this is making the money we employees are paid from.
Which of the STE[a]M subjects do you most relate to and why?
Mathematics & Arts - Maths due to Finance, calculation & planning aspects of my role, Arts due to very business related topics - development, change management, studied business administration, project management, SIOP....
Who/what inspires you the most?
My father who never stopped to develop his career and finishes his career path in leading a whole city as a mayor. He is working 24/7, is stress resistent and loves what he does. When I am in his age I would like to look back at such a career path as he does.
