Job Description: When you finish studying in engineering, you can choose to work within a manufacturing environment, as you gain your experience through manufacturing you can then move specifically in to looking at the process of how the teams work and improve this where needed as you gain more experience in this you can progress to manage a team in this area

Paramedic

Mechanical Engineering
What on-the-job technical specialist training have you had at Eaton?
Hydraulics inhouse training to become familiar with Eaton products and hydraulic system architecture
Did you always see yourself in your current career?
No, throughout my education I had many different jobs and I believed would potentially be permanent. This included working in the leisure industry, teaching and healthcare!
What are your current responsibilities?
Support the production line to ensure products are produced correctly and on time, manage improvement ideas from conception to implementation, project manage large changes in processes and new product introductions
What does the future look like for you?
Unknown due to experience in both operations and sales.

Accountable- due to the fast-paced nature of manufacturing it is key to deliver on the promises you make as often others are relying on you!

Ensure health, wellness and safety for our employees, due to being directly involved with machinery and potentially dangerous procedure. I feel strongly about ensuring safety for all people.

Engineering, I have an engineering degree and feel it is the underpinning of the modern world
Who/what inspires you the most?
Making a difference to individuals that I work with. Seeing how you can make a difference to others (e.g. simplifying or making something easier for someone)
