What did you want to be when you were a child growing up? 
Architect.

What education / degree did you study?
Maters in Mechanical Engineering.

What on-the-job technical specialist training have you had at Eaton?
Prolaunch, SAP & Minitab Software training. 

Did you always see yourself in your current career?
No. I was partially influenced by my school as I was unable to study all the subjects due to class sizes & timetabling issues etc.

What are your current responsibilities?
Manage the launch of all new fire devices. Manage minimum viable product builds & new build requests for bespoke product.

What does the future look like for you?
More heavily influenced by environmental factors than the current situation. Requiring innovation & development of technologies at an unprecedented rate. 

Which Eaton Leadership Attribute is most important to you and why?
Efficient - I always try to find to most efficient way to complete a task. Partially externally motivated due to limited resources & partially internally motivated to minimize the impact of the environment.

Be active stewards of the environment.

Which of the STE[a]M subjects do you most relate to and why?
Engineering. As I have an engineering degree. However, I value all the subjects equally and believe I relate to aspects of every discipline. 

Who/what inspires you the most?
Elon Musk, Bill Gates, Ross Edgley… People that continue to challenge what people believe is possible & maintain a good moral compass even with experiencing success.
