What did you want to be when you were a child growing up?
When I was a child I wanted to be a Zoo keeper.
What education / degree did you study?
I studied Product Design Engineering.
What on-the-job technical specialist training have you had at Eaton?
Photoshop, web design and maintenance.
Did you always see yourself in your current career?
Definitely not; but then I also didn't realise what marketing fully-entailed and that product management was even a job.
What are your current responsibilities?
I work on promoting and maintaining new and released products by creating digital content for the website and social media. I also help make manuals and a wide range of promotional material. Beyond this, I look at product trends and profit margins which can help direct marketing and influence the design of new products.
What does the future look like for you?
The future is definitely digital and to form relationships with customers through new less traditional means.

Which Eaton Aspirational Goal is most important to you?
Making work exciting, engaging and meaningful for our employees is one of my aspirational goals. When employees are excited to go to work, that is when productivity and fulfillment is highest.
Which of the STE[a]M subjects do you most relate to and why?
Science, Technology, Arts. This is because I love learning about new subjects and using the technology that we have available to create new and exciting things.
Who/what inspires you the most?
I get inspired by the people around me. Talking to them and seeing how motivated and passionate they are, seeing the difference they make is really inspiring.
