Beyond this, fostering relationships to maintain existing clients, while developing new relationships to attract potential clients.

What education / degree did you study?
I have graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing & Corporate Communication Science, an Honor’s Degree in Business Management and a Masters in Business Administration.
What on-the-job technical specialist training have you had at Eaton?
Motor Control Centre Configuration, Sizing of Starters , Sizing of Uniteruptible Power Supplies And Calcalation of TCO.
Did you always see yourself in your current career?
Yes, I have been passionate for the energy and financial sector since childhood. I am happy in the career industry that I am currently in.
What are your current responsibilities?
Developing and maintaining the Eaton Panel Builder business within the ICPD division in the mining industry, heavy industry, food and beverage industry, construction industry, utility industry etc. Assessing the strategies of competitors, while avidly working to increase our own company’s growth. Beyond this, fostering relationships to maintain existing clients, while developing new relationships to attract potential clients.
What does the future look like for you?
I am determined to serve within the business and create winning strategies. I would like to further my analytical thinking, strategic planning, leadership, and nurture strong relationships with different businesses. Assuming a senior leadership position would unequivocally allow me to unleash all I am made of in developing our business to greater heights.
What other roles have you had in Eaton?
I looked after the IT Resellers and later on a Sales Engineer for ICPD Distributors & Resellers before moving into the role of Panel Builders and OEMs.

Who/what inspires you the most?
Room for growth, learning, leading inspires and nurtures me in an unimaginable way. I am inspired by Warren Buffet in the way that he has built his business whilts also uplifting communities around the globe.
