Did you always see yourself in your current career?
Since I recognized that my sports career has limits (due to injuries) I planned to be a quality engineer.
What are your current responsibilities?
I am team leader of supplier quality assurance. We are responsible for all purchased parts in terms of operative tasks (e.g. supplier complaints, PPAP etc.), supplier selection and supplier development. Moreover, we support cost-out and NPI projects as well.
What does the future of your profession look like?
I am sure that my profession has a great future as quality is just getting more important nowadays.
