Shaunta Mason

Application Engineer – Mission Critical (MD, DC &VA)

Shaunta Mason, Application Engineer – Mission Critical (MD, DC &VA) plays a key role in supporting consultants and engineers with technical expertise on Eaton’s mission critical products and services. Shaunta helps ensure future projects ranging from data centers to hospitals are designed with Eaton solutions at the forefront. With a strong background in engineering and leadership across multiple functions, she brings deep technical insight and a passion for educating both customers and internal teams. Outside of work, Shaunta is a passionate home chef who loves creating memorable food experiences for family and friends straight from her kitchen.

What do you enjoy most about your role here at Eaton?

I love my role at Eaton. It allows me to use all of my past experiences I have developed in the last 14 years to help educate and keep Eaton in for forefront. I love to develop relationships with others, and this role allows me to do just that.

What excites you most about Eaton's future?

I think I am biased on this but the growth we will be seeing in support of our Data Center Industry. From product development to business partnerships. Eaton has developed in many ways since joining day 1. I appreciate the growth with aligning processes across our businesses. I am excited to see how we continue to consolidate our business and improve our operations processes as one Eaton.

Miguel Briones

Plant Manager

Miguel Briones, Plant Manager at Eaton’s Aguascalientes facility, leads operations for valve actuation products in the Light Vehicle division. With a career spanning nearly two decades including roles in engineering, operations, and continuous improvement, Miguel is passionate about building high-performing teams and driving cultural transformation. Outside of work, he’s a trail runner and LEGO Star Wars minifig collector.

How do you feel that you are making meaningful impact in your role at Eaton?

I feel I’m making a meaningful impact through the cultural transformation projects I’ve led in plants acquired by Eaton, where we’ve achieved strong results and built more engaged teams. On a personal level, one of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is seeing the growth and development of the people I’ve worked with, watching team members evolve and take on new challenges is incredibly rewarding.

What excites you most about Eaton's future?

What excites me most about Eaton’s future is the wide range of development opportunities across different areas. I’ve seen the company evolve significantly since I first joined, especially in how our business systems have matured, like MESH and OpA. Eaton has transformed into a company that delivers energy management solutions, and being part of that journey has been inspiring.

Kristin Bruggeman

Plant Manager

Kristin Bruggeman, Plant Manager in Raleigh, NC, leads a team of 250 employees in the manufacturing of 3-phase UPS systems. With a decade of progressive leadership experience, she thrives on solving complex challenges and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. A hiking enthusiast at heart, Kristin brings the same energy and drive to the trails as she does to empowering her team at Eaton.

What do you enjoy most about your role here at Eaton?

Working alongside dedicated cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, foster collaboration, and deliver impactful results.

How do you feel that you are making meaningful impact in your role at Eaton?

Inspiring and aligning teams around shared goals to deliver impactful, customer-focused solutions.

Jennifer Grout

Plant Manager

Jennifer Grout, Plant Manager at Eaton’s South Molton facility, leads with a focus on operational excellence and cultural transformation. Her journey from supply chain management to operations has been fueled by continuous learning, including earning her MBA with Eaton’s support. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys writing humorous poetry.

Can you speak to what your career journey has looked like leading up to your current role?

My career at Eaton has been such an exciting journey. From Plant SCM through development within the materials function into a regional role. Over two years ago I transitioned fully into Operations as a Plant Manager and have had the opportunity to develop both functional and operational knowledge. Eaton has sponsored my career and educational development from CPIM to MBA qualification.

What excites you most about Eaton's future?

Our growth journey is exciting and I can't wait to see how we evolve as an organization in the coming years. Working for an organization that is so dedicated to ensuring we do business right is very empowering. The fact that Eaton genuinely cares about people, their development and investment into careers and education allows us to be committed, dedicated and thrive as a workforce.
