Antonio C. Galvao

Antonio C. Galvao is president, Mobility Group, for Eaton, a global intelligent power management company. He was named to this position in January 2025. In this role, he is responsible for the Vehicle and eMobility businesses.

Galvao joined Eaton in 1985 and has held a number of quality, manufacturing and operations roles of increasing responsibility, including director, Passenger Car business unit at the Light and Medium Duty Transmission facility in Mogi Mirim, Brazil, and director, Operational Excellence, Light and Medium Duty Transmission, Truck Group.

In 2009, Galvao was named director, Operations, Vehicle Group, South America; in 2012, he became president, Vehicle Group, South America; and in 2015, his role was broadened to include the Hydraulics business in his region and he assumed the role of president, Corporate, South and Central America.

Galvao holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas in Brazil and an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas in Brazil.
