This rear PTO adapter is designed to reverse the rotation and reduce the speed of the rear PTO output to run low speed pumps on the Eaton Cummins Endurant XD™ and XD Pro™ and Detroit® DT12® automated transmissions. It achieves an industry-leading ratio as low as 56% of engine speed on the rear PTO.
